How to Use

• Scalp treatment: Add 3–5 drops to 2 tablespoons of carrier oil (coconut or jojoba). Massage gently into scalp, leave for 20–30 minutes, then wash out. Do not use undiluted.
• Massage blend: Add 5–10 drops to 30ml of carrier oil for a warming, stimulating massage experience.
• Aromatherapy / diffuser: Add 3–5 drops to your diffuser for a warming, spicy-sweet atmosphere.
• DIY face mask: Add just 1 drop to your clay or honey mask — a little goes a very long way.
