At Herbology, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

Refunds are available if:

  • The product was expired or not as described.

  • Products must be returned in their original, unused condition.

  • Refund requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Sale or discounted items


3. Refund Process

  2. Our team will review your request and approve it if it meets our refund criteria.

  3. Once approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
