How to Use

• Muscle & joint relief: Add 3–5 drops to 30ml of carrier oil (coconut or sweet almond) and massage into sore muscles and joints. The cooling sensation builds immediately and provides lasting analgesic relief.
• Scalp treatment: Add 3–5 drops to 30ml of carrier oil (coconut or sesame) and massage into scalp. Leave for 20–30 minutes before washing out. Particularly effective for itchy, irritated, or dandruff-prone scalps.
