How to Use

• Aromatherapy: Add 3–5 drops to a diffuser for a sweet, calming, and mood-lifting atmosphere. Ideal for evening relaxation, stress relief, and meditation.
• Body massage: Add 5–8 drops to 30ml of carrier oil (sweet almond or jojoba) and massage into body. Particularly effective for abdominal massage and general relaxation.
• Scalp & hair: Add 3–5 drops to 30ml of carrier oil and massage into scalp. Leave for 20–30 minutes before washing out.
• Perfume blending: Use as a sweet, warm middle note in natural perfume formulations. Pairs beautifully with vanilla, frankincense, and citrus oils.
• DIY formulations: Add at 0.5–1% concentration to skin care and massage formulations for its antimicrobial and aromatic properties.
